UAA is seeking a Strategic Budget Officer to serve on our team who work with major business units to track financial performance and provide financial information. In this position you will work closely with academic and administrative leaders to provide financial data, forecasting and analysis to help guide decision making and strategic planning.

We are looking for a successful team member who can demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and independence. The ideal candidate will prioritize the quality and quantity of their work, possess a strong understanding of fiscal management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field and five years progressively responsible experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Experience with accounting theory and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Position Details:

This is a full-time, exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and https://www.alaska.edu/hr/benefits/support/prospectiveemployees.php.
