FNBA is seeking a collection professional, level and pay is dependent on experience.
- Collector I - Attempts to locate and notify customers with delinquent loans to obtain payment.
- Collector II/III - Collects delinquent loan payments and late charges ensuring collections operations comply with bank policy and protects the bank's assets.

The minimum experience required is two years of office related experience or combination of experience and education. At least one year of collection experience is preferred. The position and pay are dependent on experience.

Collector I - Associates degree in a business related field or two years of office related experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience. Preferred: One-year collection experience. $18.25/hour + DOE

Collector II - Associate's degree in business related field and one year customer service experience; or two years accounting, banking, lending, loan servicing, or related experience and one year customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience. Preferred: One year collections experience. $20.00/hour + DOE

Collector III - Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field and two years related experience, including one year of customer service related experience; or four years related experience with at least one year of customer service related experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience. Preferred: Two years collections or lending experience. Lead experience. $24.75/hour + Doe
