Qualifications:

• A construction management or civil engineering degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience (preferred)
• Experience w/estimating & scheduling software, managing large complex projects, & proven success in subcontractor/client relationships.
• Proficiency using Office programs (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Experience in HCSS Heavy Bid/Job software (preferred)

Abilities:

• Work independently.
• Quick self-starter, team-oriented and able to work with different personalities and professional styles to complete tasks.
• Individuals must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic and the ability to see and solve problems on their own.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with bidding, subcontracts, material procurement, and submittals.
• Will be responsible for Quality Control, cost coding, cost tracking, equipment tracking and jobsite coordination as required by management.
• Applicants must successfully coordinate with project manager, field personal, design teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
