The Office of Admissions is seeking Transfer Student Ambassadors, who will assist the Transfer Credit staff with office duties, campus tours, and event attendance.
In order to excel in this position, it is necessary to have either demonstrated leadership ability or prior leadership experience. The capacity to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people is critical. In addition, the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, along with the capacity to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound judgments, are also essential. Basic computer software proficiency and organizational skills are required.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Completed one semester at UAF.
2. Be a transfer student.
3. A commitment of one full semester (one full academic year preferred).
4. Strong organizational skills.
5. Positive attitude.
6. Approachability
Position Details:
This is a student position. Minimum starting pay is $16.00 an hour.
