The Student Leadership and Involvement Office at the University of Alaska Fairbanks is seeking a motivated and technically proficient student to serve as the Technical Student Engagement Platform Manager. This position plays a crucial role in facilitating student involvement and engagement across campus by managing a technical platform that serves as the hub for student organizations and campus events. Minimum Qualifications:

 

Currently enrolled as a student at the University of Alaska Fairbanks taking a minimum of 6 credits per semester with a minimum GPA of 2.0.

Strong technical skills and proficiency in managing online platforms or databases.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment for 10-20 hours per week.

Previous experience in student leadership, event planning, or related fields is preferred but not required.

 

Position Details:

 

This position is located on the University of Alaska campus in Fairbanks. This is a Student Assistant 2 position, minimum starting pay is $14.96 per hour. This is a pooled position, which means that the position remains open over the entire academic year.
