Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Demonstrated use/knowledge of office equipment, including copying and scanning. Word processing skills (MS Office Suite of software and Google Suite). Professionally greet visitors, answer telephone, route calls, and provide basic information. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Possess a high level of organizational skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a busy office environment and complete tasks. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Preferred Experience: Experience working in an office setting with the public or in customer service preferred. Required Education or Training:

Must be an enrolled UA student in at least 6 credit hours and have a GPA of 2.0 or greater to be eligible for student employment.

Salary Information:

This position offers a starting student salary of $14 per hour. Additional hours available during the summer months.

This is a pooled position, which means that the position remains open over the entire academic year.
