The University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) invites applications for the position of graduate student success coordinator. This position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of the graduate student records, monitoring admissions progress, and providing a high standard of customer service. This position serves as an information resource specialist for graduation processing, Board of Regent and university policy, degree requirements, and DegreeWorks to all of UAF.

 

The UAF Graduate School is looking for an organized, driven, and hard-working individuals to oversee the graduate admissions process as well as harvest important enrollment data!

 

To thrive in this role, applicants should be driven, hardworking, and student-success oriented. 2-3 years of work in higher education experience is preferred.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

Associate's degree and one year of relevant experience required, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.

 

Position Details:

 

This is a full-time, exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and https://www.alaska.edu/hr/benefits/support/prospectiveemployees.php. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the https://www.alaska.edu/hr/benefits/compensation/files/fy24_staff_salary_grid.pdf, Grade 79, based on education and experience.
