CEM Graduate Teaching Assistant 2023-2024

The College of Engineering and Mines is recruiting for graduate students interested in a teaching assistantship for the academic year 2023-2024. Assignments can be on a per semester or full academic year basis.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Have experience, or interest and capacity to learn curricular or research design and support. Have an understanding of how learning/research/creative processes works. Be able to collaborate and work in a diverse environment. Good organizational skills. Good communication skills. Preferred Experience & Education: Approximately 2-4 years experience in similar positions, or formal skills training as an undergraduate. Ability to follow written and oral instructions, file alphabetically, learn office procedures, filing systems and operation of standard office machines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with multiple tasks. Required Experience & Education:

Awarded Bachelor's degree and pursuing a graduate degree at UAF.

Salary Information:

This is a part-time, exempt student position. New hires will be placed on the units Graduate pay scale, based on education and experience.
