This posting is for those graduate students who have been selected for a research assistantship with any department within the UAF Institute of Arctic Biology. The assistantship is per semester or full academic year basis.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Have experience, or interest and capacity to learn curricular or research design and support. Have an understanding of how learning/research/creative processes works. Be able to collaborate and work in a diverse environment. Good organizational skills. Good communication skills. Required Experience & Education:
Awarded Bachelor's degree and pursuing a graduate degree at UAF. Experience in the RA topic area required.
Salary Information:
The assistantship does include a tuition waiver, health care coverage, and a stipend. Stipend amount is commensurate with degree in hand at the time of application. For more information you can contact the IAB Human Resources office via email with your questions.
