The University of Alaska Southeast invites applications for the position of Administrative Coordinator for the Office of the Chancellor and Provost. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions, managing budgets, coordinating events, and facilitating travel arrangements.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree and two years of progressively responsible experience related to the program specialty, or an equivalent combination of training and experience

Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record in compliance with UA Safe Driving criteria is required.

Position Details:

This position is located on the Juneau campus in Southeast Alaska. This is a full-time, non-exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and https://www.alaska.edu/hr/benefits/support/prospectiveemployees.php. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage.
