The Position: Operations Manager

The Foraker Group seeks an organized individual with a solutions-based approach to serve as its Operations Manager.  Foraker’s Operations Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and updating operational infrastructure and systems to build on Foraker’s recent growth and position the organization for fulfilling its purpose – to strengthen Alaska’s nonprofits – into the future.  The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication and collaboration skills and at least three years of experience managing operational projects.

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary ranges from $72k-$76k annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The Foraker Group offers a competitive benefits package including:

• Health insurance premiums for employees covered at 75% by the employer
• HSA account with $750 annual contribution by employer
• Generous paid time off, including 12.5 paid holidays and 18 days of accrued leave per year; annual leave accrual increases over time with years of service
• Tax-deferred annuity (TDA) retirement plan with a 6% employer match after one year of service
