Film Production Assistant Opportunity in Remote Alaska for TV Show:

We're searching for an enthusiastic individual interested in film production to join our small team working in remote Alaskan locations for our TV show. The role involves assisting the Producer, Director of Photography, DIT, and Safety Manager, but is mainly an opportunity for an indigenous storyteller to learn television production. Responsibilities may include camera operation, camp setup, media management, and providing general support. 

Ideal Candidate:

• Enthusiastic about learning and film production
• Comfortable working in small teams and challenging conditions including outdoor camping in extreme ilderness conditions. 
• Interested in gaining knowledge about producing, cameras, or safety guidance
• Team player

About the TV Show:

Our TV show has been successfully filming in remote Alaskan locations for over 11 years. We have established strong relationships with cities and villages across Alaska, maintaining a reputation for safety and providing a positive working environment for our cast and crews. The show is dedicated to representing the Natives of Alaska both in front of and behind the camera.
