Your Opportunity

The Anchorage, Alaska office is seeking a professional full-time Administrative Assistant to join our office to provide organizational and administrative support to our team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and field phone calls

  • Coordinate or assist with scheduling facilities for office events, training, and meetings

  • Maintain client files

  • Sort mail and coordinate courier services

  • Copy, fax, mail documents

  • Assist team members with special projects

Your Capabilities & Credentials

  • Professional and positive demeanor and appearance

  • Proficient keyboard skills with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of management and staff

  • Priority is to give excellent customer service, both internally and externally

  • Excellent organizational skills with time-management skills

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and organize work

  • Resourceful, proactive with a can-do attitude

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

2 years of professional office experience preferred
