Position Summary:
Kodiak College is seeking a part-time, temporary staff member for a Munartet Project. This position will work with the Munartet Project Research Consultant and Munartet Partners to collect, organize, and retrieve grant data for project effectiveness.
As the Administrative Data Manager you will perform administrative tasks for the Education department such as schedule meetings, draft advertisements, follow-up with pre-service teachers, submit purchase orders, etc. You will also collaborate with the Kodiak College Business office and grant partners on Munartet related matters. Assist with the Kodiak College Teachers' Maker Space and participate in Munartet Team and cohort meetings as available.
To thrive in this role you should be familiar with educational concepts and terminology (arts integration, culturally relevant teaching, etc.); possess the ability to use Microsoft Office, AirTable, and photo and video editing software; have basic video and photography skills. Along with the ability to use basic art equipment and supplies. Having knowledge of professional level office methods and practices, organization principles, basic knowledge of computer operations and software applications, problem solving/decision making skills and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing are skills that will lead you to be successful in this role.
Minimum Qualifications:
You must be a High School graduate or equivalent.
