Our Loan Officer Apprentice I - Mortgage Lending, builds administrative, technical and business development skills in mortgage lending through on-the-job training, mentoring, and participation in a schedule of job-specific training including cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation, business development, portfolio management, general underwriting and becomes familiar with bank policies, procedures, practices and industry regulations through reading technical and procedural manuals, reports, and publications. The successful candidate will represent the bank in the community in order to develop and promotion additional business. 

If you have three plus years of banking experience or a combination of education and banking experience, you may qualify for this role. FNBA experience is preferred.
